At Wacoal, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase, which is why we offer a 60-day return policy for unworn items with original tags attached. To maintain the highest hygiene standards, please ensure all intimate apparel is tried on over your own undergarments.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unworn items with all original tags attached in the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid USPS return label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any USPS mail carrier or drop it off at a local Post Office; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
